Home position setting
Have you ever feel difficulty to adjust upper arm stop setting when you got overhauled rorze robot RR711, RR713? The rear stop position of the upper arm needs to be adjusted to ensure proper robot scanning. This position setting is different from the system you are using such as 2900, 3000 for 200mm wafer and 3000 for 300mm wafer. We’ll set it up for you.
